Somehow, this year literally flew by at a faster rate than ever before. You always hear that happens when you get older, have children, and work in the real world, but this year it really rang true for me. I will hear someone say something about a date in September or October, and I think it is months away. YIKES! Where did the year go?
Marcus is almost 15 months old, and I just stopped nursing him last week, when I was away for a retreat. I’ve really struggled, holding on to the last 6-8lbs of my baby weight, and I’m hoping it’s easier to get it off now that I am not breastfeeding anymore.
I know so many of you are in the same boat. It may not be baby weight, or it might be baby weight from five-ten years ago! That happens! While our situations are all different, our goals are all similar. We are ready to tackle the weightloss and have a PLAN to get through 2015 strong.
When I looked at how many weeks are left until 2016, and I saw how DOABLE it is to get off 15-30+ pounds, I knew I had to extend the invitation to my next Challenge Group to ALL of you. Not only is is doable, we can do it TOGETHER.
