Q: Do I HAVE to drink Shakeology?
A: YES… EVERYONE has to drink Shakeology daily!
Q: Can I do my own workout at the gym?
A: NO… You MUST commit to a Beachbody fitness program for the whole Challenge.
Q: If I’m drinking Shakeology and working out, can I eat what I want?
A: NO nutrition is a huge part of your success. Your program will come with a meal plan and nutrition guide, and I will help you clean up your eating habits.
Q: I already have a Beachbody fitness program. Can I still join the Challenge?
A: ABSOLUTELY! You will commit to doing the program, buy Shakeology, and sign up with me as your coach. I plan on giving 110% of myself to you during this challenge, and I expect each of my challengers to be equally committed!
